By using LekhaOS you agree to these terms. LekhaOS is a tool that helps commissioned artists and their clients organise projects — briefs, agreements, payment records, files, feedback and delivery — through shareable project links.
Every commission arranged through LekhaOS is a direct agreement between the artist and their client. We are not a marketplace, agent, employer or escrow service, and we are not a party to any commission agreement. Disputes about scope, quality, delivery or refunds are between artist and client.
All payments happen directly between client and artist (for example via UPI). LekhaOS does not hold, transfer or guarantee any money, takes no commission, and payment records in the app reflect only what the parties have marked and confirmed.
Artists and clients keep all rights to the content they upload — artwork, briefs, references and messages. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and display that content to the people a project link is shared with.
Don't use LekhaOS for anything unlawful, to upload content you don't have rights to, to infringe others' intellectual property, or to harm the service or its users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
LekhaOS is provided "as is", free of charge during this period. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or disputes arising from commissions arranged through the platform. Keep your own copies of important files.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
