LekhaOS ("we", "us") is a platform that helps commissioned artists manage projects, agreements, payments records, files and client communication through shareable project links. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
From artists: your email address (for sign-in), your name, studio name, tagline and UPI ID (shown to your clients on project pages), and the projects you create.
From clients: the name provided by the artist, project briefs, reference and feedback content, and files uploaded to a project page. Clients do not create accounts.
Automatically: basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as authentication cookies for signed-in artists.
Solely to operate LekhaOS: signing you in, displaying project pages to the people you share links with, storing files, and recording project activity. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your project content for advertising.
LekhaOS does not process, hold or transfer money. Payments are made directly between client and artist (for example via UPI). We only record that a payment was marked and confirmed by the parties.
Data and files are stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting). Project pages are accessible to anyone who has the project link, so share links only with the people involved in a project.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and projects, subject to any records we must keep by law.
